Carol has been a life saver to our family! We initially started using Carol for in home meal planning/cooking while my work load was beginning to pile up and I was having less and less time to cook. Plus, I never really liked cooking! Carol makes it all seem so effortless! She is so professional, brings everything she’ll need to make the meals you agreed upon. She emails you the meal plan ahead of time with meals for you to choose from and then presto! Like that, she’s in your kitchen making everything! She neatly labels everything and puts it in the freezer for you and cleans up the whole kitchen afterwards, like she was never even there! But you know she was because suddenly your whole house smells so wonderful!

But Carol really came to the rescue for us recently when our oldest daughter was diagnosed with needing to be on a Gluten-Free, egg free, milk free diet. I was giving it my everything trying to make special meals for her....but I needed Carol’s help. She was definitely up for the challenge. In fact, that very afternoon after I had met with her about the possible recipes we’d like to try, she stopped by my house with oatmeal raisin cookies for my daughter that she had just made, only hours after we had met! She said she couldn’t wait to try it out! Now is that awesome or what!? She’s a dear person and very talented at what she does! We all love Carol! My daughter asked me this week, “When is the cooking lady going to come back? Tell her I’d love some more oreo’s that I can eat!” Needless to say, Carol is coming back next week!
